At Your Pick we guarantee that our web based orders will reflect the style and quality you have come to expect. Our images are a guide only. We will always endeavor to remain as close to the image as possible, but due to the seasonality and availability of flowers your pick reserves the right to substitute flowers etc. of equal style and value.
At Your Pick we pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our service and products. Flowers are perishable and will react to their immediate surroundings . At Your Pick we only select the freshest flowers of the best quality, we source our flowers from a range of wholesalers including straight from the farm, tesselars and auctions.

How do I look after my flowers when I recieve them?
The most crucial time for your flowers is within the first 24hrs. Below are steps to follow which will help keep your flowers longer:
Cut Flowers (Bouquet)
- As soon as you recieve your flowers unwrap water bag and paper, leave flowers banded which will keep the design.
- Trim stems on an angle 2cm to 3cm. Place immediately into water, this will stop the stems from sealing, which they start to do immediately.
- Dissolve flower food in tap water (unless tulips then used cold water)
- Make sure no leaves or foilage is under water, just clean stems.
- Keep away from sun, heat, draughts, airconditioners/heaters, televisions and microwave.
- Keep flowers away from fruit and car exhaust.
- Best way to keep bacteria from vase is to change the water every day and retrim stems. Flower food can be used on most flowers. Always wash and bleach your vases before use.
- Keep flowers away from cats (lily stemens are toxic to them and can cause liver failure.)
A care card is included with every order from your pick to help you get the most from your flowers. If instructions are followed closely you will enjoy your flowers longer.
Unfortunatly once we have despatched from our shop a number of changes in condition may happen which may affect the life span. Air conditioning extreme heat or changes in temperature may adversely affect the quality of the flowers. We do realise that sometimes the flowers chosen for reasons only known to mother nature the flowers might not have the longevity that was expected. Your Pick would need to contacted within 48 hrs of delivery to assess.
We cannot offer a replacement of flowers to you if the original flowers have been disposed of. We need the flowers to assess them correctly.

- All prices include GST.
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Delivery details must be correct, any changes may incur an additional cost.
- There may be times when we will have to substitute flowers, in this case we will endeavour to keep as close as possible to the design featured.

Your Picks' Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy
- 48 Hour Return Policy - Please contact Your Pick within 48 hrs of delivery for assessment.
- No Refunds - A store credit will be applied for the purchase amount if flowers are found to be defective.
- Cancellation of orders must be received by 10am for same day deliveries, or within 2 hours of delivery. If an order has been dispatched, your order will be subject to the full cost of this service.
What is the deadline for same day delivery?
Orders for the Brisbane metro area must be recieved by 12pm to ensure same day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm requesting same day delivery may incur a small surcharge.
Orders on the outer metro area would need to be placed by 4pm the previous day. Customers will always be notified if any additional costs are incurred.
We guarantee any deliveries to business addresses will be delivered before 5pm if correctly addressed. Deliveries for residental will be delivered by 7pm with correct details.

Will my order look the same as image?
We will always endeavour to deliver your arrangement as pictured, there may be occasions when the flowers may not be available for varying reasons in this case we will substitute keeping within the style of pictured arrangment. Vases and containers may vary.

We deliver locally, Australia-wide and overseas.

Do you deliver on the weekends?
Your Pick delivers Satuday if orders recieved by 9am Saturday.
We deliver on Mothers Day (Sunday) and Valentines Day.
We have no delivery service on normal Sundays.

What if no one is home when you deliver my flowers?
Depending on the circumstance one of the following may happen.
- The recipient will be phoned to obtain instructions.
- The flowers may be left in a safe place (example porch) if requested by the sender.
- Flowers may be left if the driver belives its safe to do so.
- If there is nowhere safe to leave the order a calling card would be left in the recipients letter box requesting they phone your pick and organise a convenient time for re delivery (charges would apply) or alternativly some customers may like to pick up thier arrangement from our shop at Morningside.

What if I gave you the wrong address?
Your Pick will endeavour to redliver to the right address. A surcharge may apply and same day delivery may not be possible. Please phone your pick directly on 3217 9033 if you need to change delivery address.
